04/15/2014

speech19.jpgA final draft of Indiana’s new proposed K-12 academic standards has been released by the Indiana State Board of Education.

The Indiana Education Roundtable will vote whether to approve the new standards on Monday. If approved, the State Board of Education will vote the standards up or down at its April 28 meeting.

If adopted by the State Board, the new standards could be implemented into classrooms as early as next month.
