Join ISTA and Glenda Ritz for our 2014 Legislative Kickoff

The 2014 session of the Indiana General Assembly begins Monday and ISTA is preparing to fight for Indiana’s public schools. One important element in our efforts to fight for our public schools are our “Lobbying Days” events. Our members and friends of public schools are at the heart of making these events a success.
Our Lobbying Days starts with a Legislative Kickoff event on Monday, January 13 at the ISTA 2nd floor conference center. Registration will begin at 3:30pm followed by a legislative briefing at 4:00pm by ISTA’s Government Relations Director as well as Indiana Superintendent of Public Instruction, Glenda Ritz. ISTA members and those who want to keep our public schools strong are invited to attend.
A reception with refreshments will be held after the legislative briefing at the Statehouse North Atrium from 5:00-7:00pm.
